How is a Kids blanket made?
A Kids blanket is made like every printed House Of Minky blanket: a House print on one side and solid plush on the other. Each blanket's page names its two sides, Face and Plush Side.
What sizes and prices do Kids blankets come in?
Kids blankets come in these sizes and prices: Infant 30 x 36 inches, $111.30 (30% off, regularly $159); Adult 50 x 60 inches, $209.30 (30% off, regularly $299); Jumbo 60 x 72 inches, $265.30 (30% off, regularly $379); Grande 60 x 90 inches, $297.50 (30% off, regularly $425). All sizes listed on our website are cut sizes, before sewing. The actual size of your finished blanket may vary.
Can I put my child's own drawing or photo on a blanket?
Yes, your child's drawing or photo can go on a House Of Minky blanket, made in the Design Studio in 4 steps:
- 1. Add your artwork: A JPEG or PNG of your own photo or art, confirming it is yours to use.
- 2. Pick a backing: Choose the plush for the other side, from the colors in stock.
- 3. Preview it: Name your blanket and see two pictures of how it could look.
- 4. Order: Pick a size and check out. We print it on one side, sew on the plush and ship it.
What picture works best?
Use a picture of at least 30 megapixels, and at least 67.5 megapixels for a family portrait. If your picture needs it, we may use AI to upscale it so it prints at its best. A JPEG or PNG, up to 15 MB. The larger the file and sharper your picture is, the better it prints. Infant, Adult and Jumbo print at a 5x6 ratio and Grande at 2x3. Please only upload images you have the right to print.
How much is shipping on a Kids blanket?
Shipping is $10.95 an order, and free on orders of $250 or more. The free shipping amount counts the blankets in your order, after any House Ambassador code and before tax. What you pay for shipping is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Can a Kids blanket be returned?
You can return a blanket for any reason up to 30 days after it’s delivered. Return one blanket from an order or all of them. Return shipping is paid by you. Custom blankets are final sale, since they're made just for you.
