Who you’re dealing with

Your account

• Give us true information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
• Colors can look different from screen to screen. Product details list only what our maker has confirmed in writing.

Custom orders

• If you send us a photo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it, and that printing it won’t break anyone else’s rights.
• If anyone makes a claim against us because of a photo or design you sent, you agree to cover what that claim costs us, including reasonable legal fees.
• We may decline a custom order, for example one showing someone else’s logo or trademark.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping page and our Returns, exchanges and refunds page are part of these terms.

Our content

Our designs, photographs, words and logos belong to House Of Minky or the people who licensed them to us. You may share our pages and posts, but not copy our designs or use our name or photographs to sell anything.

Using the site fairly

• Don’t try to get into accounts or parts of the site that aren’t yours, or disrupt the site.
• Don’t use bots or scripts to buy, sign in or apply.
• Don’t misuse codes, for example by posting them on coupon sites.

Limits

We work hard to keep the site right and running, but it’s provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
